We’re very excited about a couple of new beers fermenting in the tanks. However, they’re probably another week or two away from being ready. But that’s probably for the best, since this is going to be a very busy week!

On Wednesday, UA Presents and our friends from the Tucson Weekly are coming over to celebrate FELA! coming to town. The play looks amazing, and UA Presents will have tickets available. But the real treat is going to be Tucson Weekly editor Dan Gibson spinning some of his favorite Afrobeat songs. Seriously, this is going to be amazing. Here’s a preview of the play; it’s coming to town April 12th and 13th.

On Thursday, Nowhere Man and a Whisky Girl are coming up from Bisbee to play another show at the brewery. You’ll be hard pressed to find two people having more fun playing music. Mixed in with their southwesty originals, we’re pretty sure we heard a cover of Britney Spears’ Toxic when they played here last.

Friday brings us the Tortolita Gutpluckers: Our friends, brewery staples, and some of the best bluegrass in town. We can’t wait.

And on Saturday, local artist Ed Muren III is bringing over some friends to unveil their High Style on a Country Mile art show. This is all you need to know:
